Stainless steel coil is a versatile and widely used product in various industries due to its strength, corrosion resistance, and aesthetic appeal. It is produced by rolling stainless steel into a coiled form after being hot-rolled or cold-rolled. Stainless steel coils are commonly made from grades such as 304, 316, and 430, each offering specific properties for different applications. These coils are used in sectors like construction, automotive, food processing, and manufacturing of appliances and kitchen equipment. The surface of stainless steel coil can come in different finishes such as 2B, BA, No. 4, or mirror, depending on the end-use requirements. Its durability, hygiene, and ease of fabrication make stainless steel coil an essential material in modern engineering and design.

304 Stainless Steel Coil is one of the most commonly used stainless steel products due to its excellent corrosion resistance, ease of fabrication, and good mechanical properties. It is part of the austenitic family of stainless steels and contains a high percentage of chromium (approximately 18%) and nickel (around 8%), which contribute to its durability and resistance to oxidation and rust. This grade is non-magnetic in the annealed condition and offers good weldability and formability.
The main attributes of these products are mentioned below:
Corrosion resistance – resists oxidation and chemical damage in a wide range of environments.
High tensile strength – maintains mechanical strength under stress and load.
Durability – offers long service life with minimal maintenance requirements.
