Stainless Steel Strips are thin, flat metal products that are slit from wider stainless steel coils and are widely used in industries requiring precise dimensions and high-quality surface finishes. These strips are made from various grades such as Austenitic (e.g., 304, 316), Ferritic (e.g., 430), and Martensitic (e.g., 420), depending on the desired mechanical and corrosion-resistant properties. Stainless steel strips are available in both hot rolled and cold rolled forms, with cold rolled strips offering superior surface finish and tighter tolerances. They typically come in thicknesses ranging from 0.05 mm to 3 mm, and widths from 6 mm up to 600 mm, though custom sizes can also be produced. These strips are supplied in coil form and can be further processed into stamped components, springs, clamps, flexible hoses, and precision instruments.

Stainless Steel 301 Strip is a high-strength, corrosion-resistant alloy primarily composed of chromium and nickel. It is known for its excellent mechanical properties and good ductility, making it ideal for forming and fabrication processes. Due to its ability to achieve high strength through cold working, 301 stainless steel is widely used in applications that require resistance to wear, high fatigue strength, and moderate corrosion resistance. Common uses include springs, automotive components, aerospace parts, and industrial tools. It offers a good balance between strength and formability, and is often preferred in environments where both mechanical performance and a clean, aesthetic appearance are important.

Stainless Steel 202 Strips are a low-nickel, high-manganese austenitic stainless steel grade, offering a cost-effective alternative to the more common 300 series grades like 304. They exhibit good corrosion resistance in mild environments and excellent toughness, even at lower temperatures. These strips have high tensile strength and are well-suited for applications that require formability and moderate corrosion resistance. Stainless Steel 202 is commonly used in kitchen equipment, architectural applications, railways, and storage tanks. While it is not as corrosion-resistant as 304, it is favored for its economic advantages and satisfactory performance in less aggressive conditions.

Stainless Steel 316L Strip is a low-carbon version of the standard 316 grade, offering enhanced corrosion resistance, especially against chlorides and other industrial solvents. Its lower carbon content minimizes the risk of carbide precipitation during welding, making it ideal for applications requiring high weldability and resistance to intergranular corrosion. This austenitic stainless steel is well-suited for use in highly corrosive environments such as marine, chemical processing, pharmaceutical, and food industries.

Resistant to corrosion
Stainless Steel 301 Strip is a high-strength, austenitic stainless steel known for its excellent ductility, formability, and corrosion resistance. It contains a lower nickel content compared to 304, making it more cost-effective while still offering good performance in moderately corrosive environments. 301 strip is especially valued for its ability to be work-hardened to high tensile strengths, making it ideal for manufacturing components such as springs, clips, fasteners, and structural parts. Its high fatigue strength and good weldability make it suitable for use in the automotive, aerospace, and appliance industries. The material is typically available in various finishes such as 2B, BA (Bright Annealed), and cold rolled, and it can be supplied in a range of thicknesses and widths to meet specific fabrication needs.

Stainless Steel 302 Strip is a versatile austenitic stainless steel grade known for its good corrosion resistance, high strength, and excellent formability. It is similar to 304 stainless steel but with slightly higher carbon content, which enhances its tensile strength and hardness. This makes 302 stainless steel ideal for applications that require high strength, excellent wear resistance, and moderate corrosion resistance. It is commonly used in the manufacturing of springs, washers, fasteners, and wire products, where strength and durability are essential.
